Allied Materials Warranty 

Allied warrants the direct purchaser that our products are free of any manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 30 days from the date of shipment. If any product fails to conform to this warranty within the warranty period, Allied shall, at its sole discretion, upon request by the customer, replace the defective product.  This warranty does not cover defects or product failure caused by improper care, installation, neglect, overloading, accidental misuse, alteration or modification by the consumer.  It does not cover failure due to fire, natural disaster or extreme weather conditions.
